We came across this little baby at the Dental Conference last week.
We think this product is perfect for the modern person who feels too tired at the end of the day to floss with a traditional tape floss and especially for people who suffer which dexterity problems.
Some people have never been taught how to floss with a floss tape and would benefit from the ease of use of this appliance.
I myself get excited by gadgets and would make them part of my everyday life if they are useful and this seems to be the perfect gadget for my oral health.
Philips Sonicare AirFloss uses compressed air to accelerate microdroplets of water (or mouth rinse) in between teeth. The microdroplets disrupt and remove plaque in between teeth where a toothbrush cannot reach.
Airfloss is NOT an substitute for brushing but a aid in cleaning interdentally.

What type of floss do you use?
Some people struggle with flossing and avoid flossing altogether as they have never been taught the correct method and even end up damaging their gums as a result of this especial the people who have never moved on from the ‘tooth pick’ era!
