This is a letter we recieved from a very happy patients mother regarding one of our dentists.

“Dear Dr Vasant,

I just want to write to say what a fantastic colleague you have. She saw my 8 year old daughter, Amy yesterday, after Amy chipped her tooth in school. School didnt tell me that they had part of Amy’s tooth and it was only in the waiting room that i learnt this from Amy. The Dentist allowed me to rush back to school to get it so that the chip could be fixed back on. I realise that she could simply have said that we were outside our time.

The Dentist was absolutely lovely with Amy. She joked, encouraged and praised Amy. She explained everything to her and gave us excellent advice. The tooth looks great and we are confident that Amy is in the best hands. As an anxious mum, i was grateful for The Dentists reassurance that the time lost wasnt going to make much difference and the chip is already returning to a more normal colour.

The Dentist has done work on my own teeth on an urgent basis and i know that what would be exceptional more generally is actually the norm in terms of the quality of care she herself gives.

We are so glad to be with Fresh Dental. You desere all the awards and positive publicity you have gained.
