This patient hated the crowding and colour of his teeth. He was also born without a left lateral incisor which gave him a fang-like appearance. We aligned the teeth using Invisalign® and then whitened them. We then used composite bonding to disguise the left canine as a lateral and the left premolar as a canine to bring back symmetry to the smile.
