This lovely lady was referred to us by her dentist. She had a history of bulimia as a teenager. This resulted in disastrous consequences for her teeth, as the stomach acid had badly eroded the teeth. Thankfully her condition was behind her and she wanted to change her smile to truly forget about her past. Managing her bite was a challenge here as she had a crossbite at the front. We decided to first whiten her teeth a little. We then rebuilt her bite and the teeth using composite bonding to twelve teeth. She chose a very natural shade as she didn’t want to it stand out too much.
