This patient was a well-known film actress and was very self-conscious about the poor veneers and implant crowns that had been placed when she was younger. Her teeth were first whitened to gain a better base colour and then new porcelain veneers and implant crowns were placed to the upper front eight teeth to replace the existing ones.
