This patient hated the crowding and colour of his teeth. He was also born without a right lateral incisor which gave him a very pointy appearance. He also had a front tooth crown that didn’t match the other teeth. We aligned the teeth using Invisalign® and then whitened them. We then did a gum lift to even out the gum levels and used composite bonding to disguise the canine as a lateral and build up the other front teeth. We finally replaced the crown on the tooth for a composite one that matched.
